We offer 2 types of consultations so that you can schedule with an ease of mind that you are not paying for more time than you feel necessary. You have the option to schedule a 30 minute or 1 hour consultation that fits your schedule at time options after your day job or on weekends when you are more free from your weekly obligations.
Consultations include an in-depth proposal giving you comfort in recommended written next actions or steps to safe-guard your business based on your consultation.
Consultations are offered at a flat rate of $100 for a 30 minute consultation or $175 for 1 hour which would be credited toward your total cost of your first matter where The Owner's Law Firm is retained to assist you in your legal matter.
Most matters are offered at a flat rate fee, rather than hourly so you have more time to worry about working "on" your business, rather than "in" it. This too eliminates the stress of cost uncertainty and you are able to budget accordingly. If an hourly rate needs to be utilized, the attorney will discuss this with you.
